2009 - Videoprojektion auf eine Wand
Vier ältere Personen im Alter zwischen 67 und 84 kommen ins Bild und nehmen Posen von Fotomodellen ein. Sie stehen dem Betrachter in realer Größe gegenüber. Zu hören sind aus dem Hintergrund die Anweisungen und lobenden Bemerkungen eines Fotografen sowie das Klicken seines Fotoapparates. Fotoblitze erleuchteten das Videobild und damit auch den realen Raum. Die Position der Videokamera scheint mit der Position der Fotokamera identisch zu sein. Der Fotograf feuert seine Modelle mit englischen Standard-Floskeln an wie „That’s beautiful!“, „Great!“, „Wow!“, „Change position!“, „Look into the camera“, was die Atmosphäre eher unangenehm und spannungsgeladen wirken lässt ... bis die nächste Vierergruppe die vorherige ablöst und sich die Prozedur endlos zu wiederholen scheint.
Es handelt sich hierbei um eine Anspielung auf eine Szene des Films „Blow Up“ von Michelangelo Antonioni, nur dass hier kein junges schlankes Mannequin vom Fotografen anfeuert wird, sondern in die Jahre gekommene Fotomodelle.

2009 - video projection onto a wall
A group of four elderly people (at the age of 67 to 84) appear and pose like models. They stand face to face to the viewer in live size. From the back of the camera the instructions of a photographer and the clicking of his camera can be heard. Photoflashes lighten the video image but also the real space. The position of the video camera seems to be identical with the photo camera. The photographer egg his models with set phrases as „That’s beautiful!“, „Great!“, „Wow!“, „Change position!“, „Look into the camera“ what makes the atmosphere rather displeasing and cliff-hanging.
This work is a reference to Michelangelo Antonioni’s movie „Blow Up“. Here it’s not a young slim mannequin the photographer is cheering on, but models somewhat aged.
